I have held numerous leadership positions with major luxury brands in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
Throughout my career, I have recruited more than 100 people, providing them with training and coaching to help them reach their full potential. In this journey, I have received thousands of resumes, cover letters and job applications. In doing so, I have noticed that not all candidates showcase their strengths and abilities as effectively as they could.
My view is that professional career services should be democratized in order for everyone to have a fair chance at their dream job.
